Longhorn Council TA39; Council Shoulder Patches identify the Council the Scout and Troop are Members or identify a Council Activity
This 8 color CSP (2” by 5”) features the flag of the State of Texas, the Philmont Tooth of Time and an adobe building representing the culture of New Mexico. The central figure of the New Mexico stylized Sun also hides a “ghosted” Philmont brand. The black border patch was the regular participant patch and is given a designation of TA39 in the CSP Guide.
