Longhorn Council TA13; Council Shoulder Patches identify the Council the Scout and Troop are Members or identify a Council Activity

Contingent patch for Woapalanne Chapters annual Philmont trip in the winter or summer. In addition, this 7 color CSP (2” by 5”) “ghosts” the “Kanik” and “BSA” in the red of the flag of the State of Texas. During January 1995, OA members flew into Amarillo Airport, drove rented cars to Philmont and participated in the “Kanik” program. During the summer of 1994, a contingent of Scouts and Scouters from Longhorn Council took part in the Cavalcade “horse trek” through the mountain trails of Philmont and in the 1994 NOAC event. Woapalanne Chapter supported Scouts in all 3 programs through fund raisers. In all, OA members and Scouts from 3 Chapters participated.
