Tradingeagles.com will provide a
posting on this page for you to
sell your items per the
following terms:
Tradingeagles.com will accept
consignment of scouting
memorabilia from individuals.
The following is the terms of
tradingeagles.com consignment
Policy:
1)
We
need to have the items in hand
for evaluation of condition, to
determine value and to take
digital images. The consignee is
responsible for all shipping
costs to tradingeagles.com and
tradingeagles.com will not be
responsible for any lost or
damaged items so please be sure
to pack well and insure if you
think it necessary.
2)
Consignee will maintain the
title of ownership of all
property until sold by
tradingeagles.com.
3)
Consignee will set the selling
price of all items and mark each
item with the sale price in a
manner that will not devalue or
damage the item with the input
from tradingeagles.com.
4)
Tradingeagles.com will post the
items to their website under the
“Consignment” page link
button.
5)
Tradingeagles.com will charge
the buyer a shipping fee and a
handling fee at the current USPS
Priority Mail shipping rates to
cover shipping and
tradingeagles.com current
published handling fee.
6)
Tradingeagles.com at the time of
the sale will charge the
consignor a flat commission fee
of
20%
of the selling price at the time
of sale. The flat fee
includes fees paid to third
party companies for the handling
of credit card payments or cash
transfers. These can vary but
approximate 3% of the total
sale.
7)
Tradingeagles.com
will maintain the items on their
website for a period of six
months from the posting date at
which time the Consignee must
alter the selling price or pay
tradingeagles.com for shipping
the items back to the Consignee.
Consignment fee at the time of
the sale is based upon the
original selling price. If an
item is deemed "not worthy of
sale" due to its condition or
value or does not sell after
repeated attempts. The consignee
would be responsible for the
consignment fees and return
shipping.
8)
Should the Consignee/Owner
abandoned their property after
the initial six months posting
said property will become the
property of tradingeagles.com to
dispose in a manner they deem
necessary with
NO
liability to the Consignor/Owner
for said property .
9)
The
sale of an item is considered
closed when
a.
all
funds have been received by
tradingeagles.com from the buyer
b.
All
items have shipped and out of
the control of tradingeagles.com
c.
And
the Consignor is paid their
portion of the selling price
10)
The
consignment is considered
complete when:
a.
The
sale of the item is completed or
b.
When tradingeagles.com has been
paid their fees when the
Consignee removes the items from
consignment with
tradingeagles.com

sell on your behalf on a
